and it looks like it's getting ready to pour down rain... I wanted to do 3 hrs today, but with gusts at 45+ mph I'm on the verge of just jumping on the trainer for a bit...
I did make a real good cappucino today though... I got the milk nice and hot, to the point steam was rising off the top of it... I think I'm getting this down...

Wind again today....somehow dodged the rain! Tomorrow will be a trainer day for sure!
How did the Mt Wilson ride go today? It was cold and windy here in the valley.....did you guys see snow or rain today on Mt Wilson?
