Diet food of the month:
I stumbled upon this in the store last week and saw it was only 80 calories per 1 cup serving and nonfat... then I looked at the protein and it was still pretty good, it has like 7g of protein per cup also... which is pretty good, usually when you go nonfat you lose some protein and at the end of the day it adds up to a lot less... also it's a good source of B12... So, I figured it would taste like diet food and it sat in my fridge for a few days. I finally cracked it open yesterday and I was surprised that it tasted better than regular yogurt... it's got my vote...
