a little wind with a side of espresso...

you know, I love it when you scope out the forecast for the next day and see a beautiful day with nothing more than 10 mph winds... especially when you're doing a long ride with intervals... so, I wake up this morning thinking; hey, this is gonna be a great day... well for about 45 minutes it was good... then the wind kicked up... to give you an idea of how windy it was, I was doing 350 watts at 14 mph into this wind! I turned around to do my last interval and was doing about 5 of the 6 minutes of the interval well over 40 mph... this is all on flat roads mind you... I don't know why it gets me every time, in fact 7 times out of 10 it's like that... it's just never fun... it's character building... yea, character building... alright, I'm done complaining... gotta sack up...
