sucked... I woke up at 1:30 this morning and couldn't go back to sleep, I just couldn't shut my head down... I wasn't gonna go, but then I remembered I told one of my teamates I was going... so I sucked it up and went... so, he didn't show... so I thought maybe I won't ride, next thing I know I'm in line registering then pinning on my number and it just snowballs from there... I knew it was going to suck when I started warming up and just couldn't keep a good cadence or steady power... I rode on auto pilot the whole way, my head wasn't really in it... thinking about all kinds of stuff outside of riding... things are just kind of hectic, I need to teach myself to not worry about anything again... that's going to be my next thing, no worries training...
