I have a serious addiction to Nutella... dude!, no good man... that's what they eat for breakfast here. Nutella on your bread then dip it in your coffee... and then maybe have another slice of bread with some strawberry and rhubarbe jam (it's actually pretty good). Then there is honey bread too... put that and Nutella together and it's like HEAVEN! I polished off a whole loaf of Honey bread with Nutella in 2 DAYS! You know how many calories that is??? Too freakin much!!! I'm not buying that stuff anymore, it is the weakspot in my armor... It's soooo good, once you start eating it, there is almost no stopping... I gotta lean out a bit for these climbs, so I can't be eating like that... These climbs are just long and steep enough, that 2 or 3 kilos can make enough of a difference in effort to decide whether or not you recover enough in time to make it over the following climb...
Hope everyone has a good 4th of July! No fireworks for me, not today... shoot a couple off for me...
J signing off...
Oh yea... to answer your question Tim, I like just the normal coffee with steamed milk... although the cappucino's are quite nice... they're more like a dessert... I cruised to Roselare (nice town with a cool street for shopping about 10k from Izegem) with a few of the guys from the national team house and we each got a cappucino. It came with some strange yellow stuff in a cup on the side... it was some sort of liquor with something in it that made it yellow and kind of thick... I just ate mine with a spoon, while the other guys stuck it in their cappucino, thinking that was the thing to do... I later asked the people I am staying with and they were rolling when I told them the other guys poured the stuff in their drinks... so, still not quite sure what it is... but I know, unless I want to make a fool of myself, it does not go in my cappucino...

J,
Thanks for the coffee house update ... let us know when you discover the story of the mysterious yellow treat!
My only beef with rural South Carolina ... no coffee house within 20 miles. Great riding ... but I have to wait to get home for coffee!
I'm still enjoying the Coffee Press ... thanks for introducing it to my routine!
Good luck this weekend!

Just remember the timely phrase....nutella is not a snack pack. It has worked wonders for me. Keep up the hard work senor.
well collin... I have yet to top you... I haven't dug into a jar of nutella with a spoon and start eating it like pudding... don't think that would even be good...
