First race back after a bit of a rest today and I had nothing... I could barely get out of my own way... I just can't ride fast... I guess that's normal after a rest, at least the legs feel a little more normal... they're just sore instead of aching... I go home in two and a half weeks anyways, there isn't really much I can do to improve anyways...
