net ball???

I saw this thing on the news this morning about net ball... supposedly it is one of the most popular woman team sports in the world??? I've never heard of it... I guess it originated in New Orleans when a teacher misinterpreted the rules of basketball... what she ended up with was this game without backboards and no dribbling... looks like a cross between rugby and basketball... here is the netball website, net ball... in other news, I have decided that it is nearly impossible to talk to an agent from the DMV via phone, I think that goes without saying though... here is how the conversation went:

automated voice: Thank you for calling the DMV automated help line
For english press 1

me: pressed 1

automated voice: we could not proccess your request, please hold while we patch you through to an agent.

voice in my head: okay? at least I'll be able to talk to an agent...

30 minutes later...

voice in my head: this lame music is getting on my nerves...

automated voice: please call back during office hours when an agent is available (and doesn't give me the hours)...

me: ah man....

voice in my head: I'm not gonna post what was said in my head, but you get the idea...

I called around 9:00 a.m., I guess that's to early... this was my third attempt at calling them... and the other times weren't much different... whatever, I gotta go to work now... so, i'm done ranting...
