Starbucks should hire me...

They got these kids working there that haven't the slightest idea of how to make a decent cup of coffee. I went in this morning and asked for a coffee of the day with 1/3rd cup of steamed milk.... Usually I run into someone I know and end up talking, so I don't usually watch how they make the coffee... Today I got to watch, and it was lame... this guy poured some milk into the cup from a pitcher of what was probably previously steamed milk and then pours in the coffee... no no no... it's coffee then freshly steamed milk, this way you get the froth... I boiled and whipped milk in a pot on the stove in France and it came out better than what Starbucks can deliver... They seem to be pretty good at making their foo foo drinks, but when it comes making a quality cup of real coffee (unless you take it black) you're better off flying to France for your morning coffee... I think they need people to do quality control, someone to mentor these pups on how a good coffee is made...
