USA Cycling's doing this talent search...

You can read about it on USA Cycling's website... I need to think about this a bit, before I really decide wether or not it's a bad idea... My first impulse is to say it's not a bad idea, but USA cycling should be taking care of their current juniors before they start looking for new ones... especially if they're just looking for genes and not someone who already has the heart... I know a few young riders that have the heart and given the proper guidance could really amount to something... but who cares, if they don't put out the numbers they won't amount to anything... yea, I think that's bull... and if I was a junior I'd be a little pissed...
