sick and bored...

so, I came down with a cold after my escapade this weekend from nowhere to nowhere... I'm dragging around trying to get caught up on all the things that have taken the sideline during the season since I can't go to work... I sat around all morning and wrote up my weight training program, which took forever... I'm doing a good 7 month weight program this year that I'll start in November... In the past I've had one weight routine that I switch around a little and do for a few months, this year I'm gonna try something new and do more periodization type weight training... we'll see how it works.. I think strength is my biggest weakness, so it should help... I might kinda suck early in the year, but by nationals and superweek I'm hoping to be strong and fast... we'll see how it goes...
