Straight from the diary of Keith Bontrager...seriously, it works real well... I can think of several occasions I've had some car engine barbeques... show those tailgators how it's done... I like my dads recipe for foil chicken, it comes out great on an engine... although, if you don't wrap the foil tight enough it can end up as oil chicken and that tastes kinda funky...
