Stage 3 of Nature Valley

Got to race and even got in a few short lived moves off the front, but dang that finishing circuit kicked my butt... I struggled to move up into the top 30 by the last lap, but once I got there the gas was put on even more sending me off the back and rolling across the line 40 some odd seconds behind the main field... I dropped down to 96th place between yesterday and today. I'm feeling it too... achey, tired, and my lungs hurt... I feel way out of shape next to the guys we're racing against...
